Shipping & Payment Terms

How ordering works

1. Send a quote request. Choose styles, colors, and quantities on our website.
2. Receive your quotation. We reply within 24 hours on business days with pricing, available stock, and shipping options.
3. Order samples (optional). Check quality before placing a bulk order. See sample requests.
4. Confirm and pay. Once you approve the quotation, we send an invoice with payment details.
5. Ship. Ready-stock orders ship within 7 days after payment. We send you the tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Minimum order quantity

• 100 pcs per style (colors can be mixed). For example, one style can be ordered in several colors that together reach the minimum.
• The minimum applies to each style separately. Different styles cannot be combined to reach the minimum.
• Some styles may have a different minimum. If so, it is shown on the product page.

Lead time

• Ready stock: shipped within 7 days after payment is confirmed.
• Restock or larger quantities: lead time depends on quantity and is confirmed in your quotation.
• Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination.

Shipping methods

• Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar): for samples and smaller orders, usually the fastest option.
• Air freight or sea freight: for larger orders, depending on volume and your timeline.
• We recommend the most suitable option in your quotation, with the shipping cost included.
• We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, selected European countries, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates. For other destinations, please ask.

Trade terms

Prices are quoted EXW Yiwu by default. FOB, CIF or door-to-door (DDP) quotes are available on request. Just tell us your destination in the quote request.

Payment

• Payment methods: Bank transfer (T/T) or PayPal. You can pay by credit or debit card through PayPal. PayPal payments include a processing fee, shown on your invoice.
• Ready-stock orders: full payment before shipment.
• Restock or production orders: 30% deposit, balance before shipment.

We do not take payments on this website. Payment details are sent with your invoice after you confirm the quotation.

Duties and taxes

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees are set by the destination country. Unless your quotation states otherwise (for example, a delivered price with duties included), these charges are paid by the buyer.

Tracking and delays

We send a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed: customs, holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect transit times.
